JUST DEEDS
Examples of JUST DEEDS are helping others to run better, doing volunteer work to help others that need help, doing favors for your parents or your friends or your teachers, helping lead your running group in warm up exercises, providing food for those that are hungry, making donations of clothes or toys to those that need them more than you, or just doing nice things for others around you. Read the JUST DEEDS section of this website for other examples and to see what others are doing to help others. Part of the JUST RUN program is to give recognition to those of you who can run a total of 26.2 miles over a period of time and do 26 JUST DEEDS as well. The Big Sur Marathon and Just Run will provide you with a special CONGRATULATINS CERTIFICATE that can only be earned by JUST RUNNING 26.2 miles and by doing 26 JUST DEEDS. |
