There will be medals for 1st through 3rd place for 5th grade and under as well as other age groups.
The race starts at San Lorenzo Middle School at 9AM. Cost is $12 with a t-shirt and $5 without a t-shirt if you enter by March 30th. No t-shirts available after March 30th entry date but you can enter for $7.00 up to the race day or $10 on race day.

| ||The Heart and Sole race starting at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital will be May 19, 2007. There will be a 5k and 10K as well as 3 special races for Children. We highly recommend these childrens' races and we will be providing beautiful BSIM JUST RUN medals for all finishers. There will be a 1 mile race for children 9-12 at 9:45AM. There will be a 1/2 mile race for children 5 - 8 at 10:00 AM. There will be a toddler trot for children 1 to 4 at 10:15 AM.|
