| Fitness Forward Youth Program - The Fitness Forward Drive 2 Fitness program is based on five primary youth health goals. 1. One hour of exercise per day. 2. Less than one hour of TV/video games per day. 3. No sugar-added beverages during the day. 4. Five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables per day. 5. Eight to eleven hours of sleep per day. These five key values are recorded on a colorful "calendar" and children receive points for every day they meet the values.
