1 cup – dry oats
2 cups – water
1 medium mango
1/2 cup – coconut flakes
1/8 cup – milk
1. Combine oats, water, mango, and coconut; cook in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until oats are soft and the desired consistency is reached (or cook on the stove according to package directions).
2. Add a splash of milk before serving.
