|Both the November and April events start and end at Lovers Point Park in Pacific Grove, CA. Post-race festivities will take place in Lovers Point Park as well.|
|Must be four years of age or older and in good health to participate. This is a non-competitive fun run and is not timed.|
3k Schools' Competition
|The 3K Schools' Competition is held in conjunction with the April race. If you are participating in the Schools' Competition DO NOT register online; you must sign up through your school coordinator. After the turn-in day has passed, we invite you to register for the open 3K; you can still enjoy race day and run with your schoolmates and friends, but your entry won't count towards school credit.|
Online registration for the 3K is provided by Active.com. You may register online via the registration link (unless participating in the April Schools' Competition).
Registration for the November 10, 2018 event will open on April 3, 2018. There will also be race weekend registration at the Health & Fitness Expo on Friday, November 9, from noon to 6 PM and race morning from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM at Lovers Point Park. Learn more here.

|The 3K starts and ends at Lovers Point Park in Pacific Grove and follows along the Pacific Grove shoreline.|
|Registered participants may pick up their bib and event shirt at the Health & Fitness Expo on the Friday before the event. Hours are noon to 6:00 PM. The Expo is located in the Portola Hotel & Spa in downtown Monterey. There is also race morning pick-up beginning at 6:30 AM in Lovers Point Park.|
|All participants receive a unique aquatic-themed t-shirt and a finisher's medallion. Following the April event there will be activities and demonstrations at the finish that are fun and fitness related.|
